Raffey Cassidy

Cassidy began acting as a young child in British and international film productions, quickly gaining notice for a controlled, unusually mature screen presence well beyond her years.

She played Athena, an android talent-scout who never physically ages — a performance that quietly carries Tomorrowland's saddest idea about a future that gave up too soon. She brought an unusually controlled, ageless quality to a character whose entire nature is withheld from the audience.

She has continued building a substantial film career in the years since, including further genre roles that have made use of that same controlled, otherworldly quality.
