Harry Connick Jr.

Connick trained classically in piano from early childhood in New Orleans before becoming a major jazz recording artist as a teenager, a musical career that ran parallel to and often overlapped with his acting work.

He voiced Dean McCoppin, the beatnik junkyard artist who becomes Hogarth's ally in keeping the Giant hidden from the government. Already an established jazz singer and pianist with a growing acting career, he brought a laid-back, musically-informed cadence to the role.

He has continued to balance a career across music, film and television hosting in the years since, rarely stepping fully away from either pursuit.
